Here are some key insights from the survey:

  • 99% of respondents agree that people here are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation.
  • 98% of respondents agree that people are treated fairly regardless of their race.
  • 97% of respondents believe that people are treated fairly regardless of their age.
  • 96% of respondents felt welcome when they joined the company.
