Fanshawe College Students Prepare to Go Head-to-Head in the Final Stretch of the Northern Digital Marketing Challenge
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
London, ON — For Fanshawe College marketing students, the warming spring weather signals a formidable challenge that’s just around the corner.
Funded by Northern Commerce, The Northern Digital Marketing Challenge is a competition that’s open to Fanshawe students in the Business Administration - Marketing, Marketing Management, and Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Digital Marketing) programs.
For four consecutive years, it has facilitated participants in gaining the hands-on marketing experience that sets Fanshawe College students apart upon graduation. Led by Liz Gray, faculty member of the Lawrence Kinlin School of Business, and in partnership with 12 local businesses, the challenge gives students the opportunity to build, execute, and manage live marketing campaigns using TikTok and Facebook.
Competitors have been hard at work on their campaigns for the past two months, with the aim to create solutions for their clients that deliver revenue-generating impact. They will present their findings virtually on April 11, and the judges will announce the winners on April 12.
