Tepperman's partnered with Northern to rapidly implement an eCommerce website. Leveraging Northern's custom-built Magento 2 theme, the site delivers a robust online storefront with every must-have feature necessary for a fast and responsive user experience (UX). It endeavoured to bring its long-standing reputation for excellence to its eCommerce platform, giving users customized service based on their device and behaviour, while encouraging shoppers to visit its retail outlets.

Tepperman’s online storefront takes on a clean, modern design built upon strong UX foundations. With more streamlined access to products and services, Tepperman’s web traffic grew in volume and quality. Since implementation, the site garnered a 13% increase in total web traffic alongside a 20% increase in returning site visitors. Northern’s mobile optimization efforts were critical as a 19.5% increase in mobile traffic was achieved.
