Northern Commerce One of Canada's Best Workplaces™ for Women

London, ON — March 23, 2021 — Northern, an integrated digital solutions agency for leading brands in North America, has been recognized as one of the Best Workplaces™ for Women. Northern received this honour after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® Canada.

The list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. To be eligible for this list,organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year, be headquartered in Canada, have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90% of employees must agree that people are treated fairly regardless of their gender.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to Northern’s evolution and growth. With over 170 employees, the team at Northern features a strong representation of a diverse group of women from different backgrounds in a variety of roles across the organization.
