Northern overhauled the VogueWigs shopping experience, making it mobile-first, modern, frictionless, and more engaging by focusing on the customer journey. Numerous integrations included an enhanced colour wizard and hair loss guide, UGC product reviews, expanded shipping and payment options, and CTAs to encourage customers to share and receive personalized email promotions and advice. Northern ensured that the new platform met WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance.
